THE PROJECTIONISTS Featuring Former TROUBLE Singer's Son Signs With DARK STAR RECORDS

March 14, 2013

Dark Star Records has announced the signing of THE PROJECTIONISTS, the progressive experimental band featuring Jon Wagner, son of former TROUBLE singer Eric Wagner, on rhythm guitar and vocals. THE PROJECTIONISTS' "Dysphoric Illuminations" EP, which was produced by Eric Wagner and made available independently last November, will be re-released in the spring. The cover artwork for the CD was created by Ryan Carrie and can be seen below.

Based in Aurora, Illinois, THE PROJECTIONISTS "has already caused quite a stir with its trippy psychedelic music, somewhat reminiscent of THE DOORS and PINK FLOYD, but with its own true original dark alternative sound," according to a press release.

The band's next live appearance will be on March 24 at the House Of Blues in Chicago.

THE PROJECTIONISTS is:

Jon Wagner - Rhythm Guitar/Vocals
Bryan Ramirez - Drums/Percussion
Daniel Silva - Lead Guitar
Andrew Shoyer - Bass Guitar
